GLOW PROTOCOL (40+ Skin Architecture Edition)
At 40+, skin doesn’t just “dry out.”
It loses structure, signaling efficiency, and the ability to repair at the same pace.
This protocol supports skin from the inside out — targeting collagen architecture, inflammation, and cellular energy.
Morning — Signal + Cellular Energy
• Vitamin C + Electrolytes
Collagen synthesis + hydration at the cellular level.
• Acetyl-L-Carnitine
Supports mitochondrial energy → brighter, more resilient skin.
• Omega-3s
Support skin barrier, hydration, and reduce inflammation.
• Bone Broth (daily AM or PM)
Provides glycine and proline — key building blocks for collagen, skin elasticity, and gut-skin connection.
• NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)
Powerful antioxidant precursor to glutathione → supports detoxification, reduces oxidative stress, and helps protect collagen from breakdown.
• L-Lysine
Essential amino acid for collagen formation → supports skin firmness, repair, and structural integrity.
• Omega-3s
Support skin barrier function, hydration, and help reduce chronic inflammation that accelerates aging.

Evening — Repair + Inflammation Control
• GHK-Cu (subQ)
Supports overnight regeneration and texture refinement. (if not in a blend, like Klow or Glow)
• GHK-Cu ( topical) And roller should be used to penetrate the product. I will link the roller I use!!
Supports collagen production, improves elasticity, and assists in skin remodeling.
• CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin
Supports growth hormone signaling → collagen density + skin thickness over time.
• KPV
Helps calm redness, irritation, and barrier dysfunction.
• Glycine
Supports collagen synthesis, promotes deeper sleep, and helps calm the nervous system — all critical for overnight repair.
• Zinc
Supports skin healing, immune balance, and helps regulate inflammation that contributes to breakouts and aging.
• Magnesium Glycinate
Supports sleep quality (where most skin repair actually happens).
Optional Advanced Layer — Mitochondrial + Longevity Support
Should be done before breakfast (empty stomach)
• SS-31
Supports mitochondrial function → energy required for repair and collagen production.
• NAD+ (or precursors)
Supports cellular repair pathways and overall skin vitality.
External Support — Skin + Light Therapy
• Red Light Therapy (3–5x per week)
Stimulates collagen production, improves circulation, and reduces inflammation.
• Hydrating, barrier-supportive skincare
Think support, not stripping. Over-exfoliation accelerates aging.
Foundation (Non-Negotiable)
You cannot out-supplement poor habits.
– Protein intake (skin is built from amino acids)
– Resistance training (supports structure + hormones)
– 7–8 hours of sleep (deep repair phase)
– Hydration + electrolytes
– Sun protection (without damaging your barrier)
– Minimized alcohol intake
Why This Works
Skin aging is structural, not just cosmetic.
When collagen signaling improves,
when inflammation is controlled,
and when cells have the energy to repair…
Skin becomes tighter, smoother, and more resilient.
Glow is not applied.
It’s produced.
GLOW Protocol™ (30/10/10 Blend)
GHK-Cu 30 mg + BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg
Reconstitution:
Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water to the vial.
Concentration Breakdown:
Total peptide = 50 mg
– 1 mL = 16.67 mg
– 0.1 mL (10 units) = 1.67 mg
– 0.2 mL (20 units) = 3.33 mg
Dose (Recommended):
Inject 20 units (0.2 mL) once daily
Per Dose Breakdown (20 units):
– GHK-Cu → ~2 mg
– BPC-157 → ~660 mcg
– TB-500 → ~660 mcg
Timing:
Morning (fasted) is preferred
Why:
- BPC-157 absorption is better away from food
- Matches real-world protocols
- Keeps routine consistent
- Avoids interference with GH peptides at night
- Best taken before food or away from meals
BPC-157 absorption favors empty stomach
👉 This leans heavily toward AM fasted
TB-500 timing is flexible
Can be taken any time / post-workout / every other day
👉 Doesn’t restrict timing much
GHK-Cu timing is mixed
Some sources suggest before bed
Others say morning/early day works well
👉 This is the only “split personality” peptide in the blend
Protocol Structure:
– Run daily for 4–6 weeks (loading phase)
– Then reduce to:
– 10–15 units daily OR
– 20 units 5x per week (maintenance)
Injection Method:
Subcutaneous injection
– Abdomen (systemic effect)
– Or near target area (optional)
Stacking (Optional):
AM (fasted):
– GLOW
– SS-31
– (optional: MOTS-c or NAD+)
PM:
– CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin (if using GH stack)
-Any Growth Hormone peptides
Notes:
– Consistency matters more than exact timing
– Designed for systemic repair, collagen support, and recovery
– Blended peptides = simplified dosing, less individual control
